Pasta Making Class

Saturday 14th March - 10am-2.30/3pm

In my first Pasta Making Class we will spend a Saturday morning making two different types of fresh pasta from scratch. Following authentically inspired recipes we will create the perfect Italian feast.

We will also make two different types of sauces plus a spin on my favourite Italian dessert.

We will finish off by tucking into a pasta feast with a big glass of wine.

Each class is fun and informal and kept to 8 people so you will have the opportunity to get really involved. You will go away confident that you can make your own pasta again and again and impress all your friends.

All classes will be using brand new (& incredible) Miele steam ovens, induction and gas hobs.
